REFLECT BLANC is a special elastomeric waterproof for roofs and exhibits high reflectiveness of the sun's thermal radiation.

A perfect waterproof is achieved by a simple coating, even for rain waters which stagnate for a long time.

The film that is created is very flexible and has high weather resistance, while it decorates and reflects thermal radiation at the same time. Its property of high reflectiveness of UV radiation does not allow the surface and the substrate to be heated by the sun.

It can be used on plaster, bricks, concrete surfaces, plasterboards, wood or metal and it has great adhesion on the surfaces.

REFLECT BLANC can be diluted with water for better application up to 15%. Usually it needs two layers.

It is applied by roll or brush after the drying of the primer.

The second layer is applied after the first layer is dried.

Cement Cure Accelerator

Calcium Formate accelerates the early mechanical strength development and increases the final mechanical strength of all cement based mixtures.
Calcium Formate acts both on setting and hardening time by accelerating the formation of tricalcic alluminate and silicate. It also modifies the initial workability of the wet mixture
It is very successfully used in the formulation of tile adhesives to increase the final tensile adhesion strength and improve their workability and also used when there is a need to improve the final mechanical strength in mixtures containing setting time retarders or those with a very high water/cement ratio.
If used in wet mixtures it has to be previously dispersed in the dry state in the mixture of the binders.

USES

As a slimicide in water systems for paper machinery (wet-end) and for the preservation of raw materials and auxiliaries for paper manufacture.

Coalescing agent

APPLICATIONS

Use the product as a coalescing aid in Latex paint formulations.
This product lowers the minimum film formation temperature (MFFT).
The product softens the emulsion polymer particles, allowing them to fuse together to a proper film at lower temperatures than is otherwise possible.

- The level of addition is easily adapted to a wide range of emulsion polymers and paint applications.

• Use more product with harder emulsion polymers to achieve the same MFFT as with softer ones

Properties:
White powder. Density 2,484 (20°C). Soluble in water but insoluble in organic solvents.
It is strongly hygroscopic and can absorb moisture from the air and be converted to paste.
Can form soluble compounds with ions of Ca, Ba, Mg, Cu, Fe etc. and it is a suitable chemical additive for water treatment.

Application:

Can be used in lubricants, paper, textile dyeing, paints, petroleum industry, metallurgy, industrial materials etc.
It can also be used as water softener, as selective floatation agent and wetting agent for high temperature adhesives. In the food industry it is used as an additive, quality enhancer, pH regulator, agent for the formation of chemical compounds with metals, liquidation agent etc.

DISPERSING AGENT FOR WATER-BASED SYSTEMS

DISPERSE N. is a very stable natrium salt of a polycarboxylic polymer for use as an efficient pigment dispersant in high PVC pigment formulations such as emulsion based primers, putties and coatings.

It is very stable to varying conditions of pH and temperature.
